Cancellation Policy – Juliana Zanini Izé, Holistic Massage Therapist

At Juliana Zanini Izé, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. This fee compensates our therapist for their time and effort.
