By booking a session with Juliana Zanini, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and a positive experience for both client and therapist.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are made online via this website.

  • Payment may be required at the time of booking or at the appointment, depending on the service.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the session cost.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact Juliana directly.

3. Client Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session.

  • You must complete and return the intake (anamnese) form prior to your appointment. This allows your session to be personalized safely and effectively.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.

4. Therapeutic Scope

  • Juliana Zanini is a qualified massage therapist and holistic practitioner. Her services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • If you are under medical care or taking medication, consult your doctor before receiving massage or complementary therapies.

  • Any guidance given during sessions is holistic in nature and not intended as medical advice.

5. Code of Conduct

  • This is a professional therapeutic service. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment due.

  • Respect and confidentiality are upheld at all times.

6. Privacy

Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data without your consent.

7. Right to Refuse Treatment

Juliana reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe, unethical, or inappropriate for any reason.

8. Gift Vouchers & Packages (If applicable)

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for [insert time period].

  • Packages must be used within [insert time period] of purchase.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be subject to UK jurisdiction.
