Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses precise, light and rhythmic movements to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid and support the management of swelling and fluid retention. If you have a diagnosed medical condition or are recovering from surgery, appropriate medical clearance and/or medical guidance may be required before treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Juliana Zanini Izé Holistic Massage Therapist At Juliana Zanini Izé, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. This fee compensates our therapists for their time and effort. 3. No-Show Policy If you do not show for your appointment and fail to provide any notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. This policy helps us maintain the availability of our therapists and respect the time they have set aside for your appointment. 4. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment without any fees if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you wish to reschedule within the 24-hour window, the late cancellation fee will apply. 5. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour period due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 6.
